Canning extracts - aroma

Canning extracts are prepared by dissolving natural essential oils or natural spice extracts in a gentle refined alcohol.The final content of ethanol is 70% vol. As the name suggests, are mainly used in the canning industry, spiced brine for vegetables (cucumbers, cabbage, mixtures of vegetables).

The most common use canning extracts is rooting for loading cucumber pickles and pickled vegetables.

Recommended dosage can be adjusted according to customer's ideas to the desired level.

All extracts and canning flavors are made only from natural flavoring substances.
