Flavors - aroma

Food flavorings (formerly essences) are products containing flavoring agents used in the impoverishment of various food products.

They are produced by maceration, digestion and / or distillation of natural resources, and / or dissolution of essential oils and extracts in refined alcohol. The most common flavors used for flavoring spirits, liqueurs, flavored wines, confectionery and other food products. All of the flavors are liquid.

Flavors for spirits and wines are made according to traditional practices and adhere to the old proven formulas (eg. English bitters, vermouth, aroma of chartreus).

Canning Flavorings (extracts)

Canning flavors used in the management of pickles and sterilized vegetables offer with regard to tradition under the name Canning extracts. As the only company in the Czech Republic are manufactured according to the original recipe canning extract No.1 for seasoning canned cucumber „Znojmia“.

Information for customers

In agreement with the customer, it is possible to produce aroma according to the supplied recipe or special requirements so that we produce a product that meets the customer's ideas.

Flavors are packed in plastic canisters, cans, containers or other harmless packaging with a tightly fitting cap. Products are stored in a dry and clean room protected against the effects of daylight at 20 ° C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.

Flavors - aroma

Food flavorings (formerly essences) are products containing flavoring agents used in the impoverishment of various food products.

Spice extracts

The spice extracts are powdery seasoning mixes, which are used for flavoring food products, preferably capable to replace the use of classical condiments.

Caramels - food dyes

Natural dyes – caramels are brown pigments produced by controlled heating of sugar.

Emulsion

Emulsions are culinary preparations in a liquid medium, determined to flavor meat and food products.

Canning extracts

Canning extracts are prepared by dissolving natural essential oils or natural spice extracts in a gentle refined alcohol.
